General Application Functionality

This document details all the functionality provided by IPM Project Management software. It is designed to provide general instruction on how to use the collection of Project documents, associated Workflows and Reports to provide a fully featured Project Management application.

 

IPM Project Management is built on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. This documentation is not intended to provide instruction on the general use of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product, only on those aspects utilised by IPM.

 

This Documentation is arranged to provide easy navigation and follows the navigation conventions of the standard IPM Product.

 

The screen images presented in this document may not match exactly the screen layouts experienced in daily use of the application for a number of reasons as follows:-

• The screens you use may have been modified from the standard screen layout.
• The screens shown utilise Business Process Flow workflows available from IPM as a separate download. These may not have been deployed.
• Your version of IPM may be different to the version used to create the screen images.
